Telephonic / Skype
- At least 8-10 years of PeopleSoft technical lead experience with a proven PeopleSoft project execution record.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology focusing on cross-platform infrastructure technologies, services and product implementations.
- Proficiency in all technical aspects of PeopleSoft technology, including a thorough understanding of Peoplesoft HR 8.5 Module.
- Experience with third-party migration tools of PeopleSoft objects between environments
- PeopleSoft HR module version 8.5 on Oracle 11g. Data migration from one data center in Dallas to a data center in Brazil Demonstrated skill in managing technical and senior staff.
- Working knowledge of network and server infrastructure and architecture.
- Ability to coordinate issue resolution with team members and/or business partners.
- Experienced in leading change management activities and managing their impact across the unit or department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical topics to individuals and groups with potentially varied levels of technical sophistication. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of service delivery principles.
